Ositech Communications Inc. is pleased to introduce the latest addition to the TRUMPCARD family of PC Cards, the
Seven of
Hearts. This card contains Ositech’s exclusive
DPI (Digital Phone Interface) technology, giving users the ability to make a data connection through digital PBX phones. Users need no longer spend time searching for an analog phone line while on the road.
Until now, Ositech’s
DPI
technology has only been available as an added feature in Ositech’s modem PC Cards. With more and more laptops having internal modems, Ositech is providing the
DPI
technology as a stand-alone product, thereby avoiding duplication of hardware and decreasing the overall cost for this technology.
The high performance Ethernet portion of the PC Card enables the users to connect to their high speed networks when in the office or at home to their Cable or DSL modems. The auto sense 10 or 100 Mbps-networking provides full duplex performance with N-way negotiation for seamless use. 10Base-2 support is also available with the use of an optional adapter.
These functions can be further enhanced through the use of Ositech’s optional
CellFlex Cellular Data kit. This option provides the user the ability to connect to the Internet using their cellular phone from within their Home network area or while Roaming. Together these features give the users the expanded freedom and ability to pick up their e-mail or vital information needed during the course of their daily business, from wherever they are.
The Seven of Hearts, at a SRP of $199 US, is available immediately via the various channels. The
CellFlex
